      Tingling in my toes!

So a few nights ago I was attempting to WILD, concentrated on my breathing, ignored the itches and twitches, then started counting back from 100. after i got to about 70, i started to feeling a tingling, shaking going on starting from my toes to my upper arms. It was unusual, not long after realizing I was doing this, i fell into sleep by accident/=
Also i realize when i breathe my chest rises higher and drops lower, and my heart has a deeper slower thud.
Is this common? and how can i stay conscious??

Yes, both of those are common. You breathe deeper when you sleep, so it would be normal for your chest to rise higher and drop lower because it is taking in more air and exhaling it slowly. The heart goes along with this, it pumps less because you are not in need of the oxygenated blood to keep your body going.

And as for staying concious just hold onto an anchor. You were saying you were counting your breaths, so just continue to do that to remain concious.
