Just relax and ignore these urges. If it bothers you bad enough, go ahead and move them. You can still achieve WILD with a bit of movement. Just don't think about it. Go ahead move them if they get uncomfortable, then go right back to the technique. WILDing is not an exact science, WILD techniques can be altered and loosely followed. If you are worrying about your toes and trying not to move, you are never going to succeed anyway. Just relax and stay calm. Good Luck to you! |
