      WILD Question

I have heard some people say you should only try to WILD right after you wake up and you're still awake in bed, do not waste a second getting back into SP. Other's say that you can wake up and walk around for as much as a few hours before going back to bed and attempting your WILD. I am just wondering what is it really?

Well as for trying to WILD as soon as you wake up, that is more of a DEILD type method. And for the other part that is just a regular WBTB attempt, however it is not recommended to stay up for longer than 70 minutes or so, you just have to find what suits you.

If you feel that you are aware enough to WILD and not fall asleep unconsciously after your awakening then DEILD is perfect, but if you feel that you are to tired then you get up and move around a bit to get more aware, but not for too long so you can't fall asleep again.
