Do you think this was HH?

So after waking up in the early morning hours I decided to WILD. I was laying there and just relaxing. I then started seeing things that I didn't even imagine or think about. (If that makes sense) It was like I was watching TV kind of. I then started to hear like yells and the voices. It was weird and I think it was "real time" hearing like some people say. I kind of got distracted from the voices and so my hearing went back to the "outside" (If that makes sense) I eventually fell asleep during this process. So do you think I was experiencing HH?

Yeah sounds like HH to me, pretty scary, ive heard worse though.
