I've recently been able to reach the state of SP whilst WILDing, which I am happy about, but I seem to come across a problem.
When entering the SP (I feel a heavy blanket over me, my already numb body becomes more numb & a tingly sensation) my eyes seem to become very difficult to control. I.e. I have to try and stop them from opening, while the eye behind the lids seems to be shaking. I know I shouldn't be trying very hard to resist or I'll not enter sleep paralysis, which is exactly what happens. After about 10-15 seconds of the sensations across my body, the entire thing stops and I end up just having myself back where I was before entering sleep paralysis, except usually more numb.
Does anyone know what I can do to aid this? I do the reverse blink as suggested in Yoshi's technique, whereby I reverse blink every few minutes. Should I increase the rate at which I do this? Any help would be appreciated.
