Where do I go from here??

Ok, I've been trying the WILD for a good two months now. I can go into SP in literally 5-10 minutes, and get to vibrations in 15-20 minutes. But, I dint know what to do at that point, so I just say screw it and fall asleep.

You probably haven't gotten into SP at all then. Because once you hit SP just be sure to keep your eyes closed and stay calm and you'll hit a dream in seconds

Hi there. In my own experience, what I usually do when I feel the vibrations in my body is that I remain calm and go with its flow until if fades off. When it fades off, that's the time I get off my bed and do an RC. If it is an LD, I stabilize my dream first before I go off for adventure. Hope this helps
