Thread: I think I did it..?

I am not sure at all all. Let me explained what happened. It was around 8:00 am I woke up. I remembered my dreams so I wrote them down. Then I went back to sleep and thought I would try to do a WILD. Now at first I think I fell asleep both spiritually and physically. But then I had a pretty vivid dream of me in my house sorta running away from my two cousins cause I just didn't want them messing with me. But shortly after that I woke up again. Then I went back to sleep but this time I woke up in my normal room. But this time I heard voices. I didn't get scared about the voices because I know there was no harm. I imagined a girl screaming for some reason and I actually heard it. It wasn't super loud but it was definitely "real" So I was actually dreaming. I tried to look at my alarm clock to see if it was weird looking but I couldn't I couldn't even move my hands. Then by the time I was able to move again..the strange crowd of voices I was hearing stopped and I was just...sad. I thought it was a lucid dream but I guess it was just sleep paralysis and one of its many hallucinations.
