      CANWILD Help

So I tried CrazyInSane's CANWILD technique this morning. The custom alarm went off and shut itself up just like its supposed to. I successfully woke up and didnt move. I began to feel tingling over my body. As he mentioned, the transitioning phase was the hardest and I couldnt get to the LD. I understand that relaxation is what drives ot forward and thats all I was doing was relaxing more with every breath. I even tried falling through my bed or rolling over my dream body. CrazyInSane says that it takes as little as 5 minutes to LD with the CANWILD but I laid there for about 20 before just waking up (not from impatience but simply from feeling no progress). Any help?

I dont know. You seem to relax well. But its possible that you arent doing the same thing to your mind. Try not to think in anything. Or maybe its just that your alarm is too loud or a bit too long. CANWILDs only come with trials and errors until you find the optimum setup

Relax in both mind and body, try to fall asleep and just observe what's going on without being excited or too aware.
