      Odd Occurance During WILD

      Every time I do a WILD, I'll see the HH, get to SP, but when I get to the dream part, I become almost TOO lucid and I almost scare myself out of the dream. Another will come, and the same thing will happen. Again, again, again. Until I eventually fall asleep, or quit.

      Does this happen to you?
      Is there a way to stop it???

      Try calming down and doing some regular procedures and reality checks, starting off with something boring might help (if that's the case). And what do you mean by "too lucid"? What does it feel like?

      I see the dream, but I treat it like a natural situation, but then it's like, "whoa!!!". And I snap out of it. Really f*cking odd and hard to explain.

      Have you tried those methods of staying in the dream, like spinning or rubbing your hands?
