Don't look at is a step backwards, this is perfectly normal. In fact, I would prefer this to not being able to sleep, that way, you don't cheat yourself on sleep if your WILD doesn't work. Have you tried wbtb? That way you get some sleep before you attempt a WILD. Or, if you're not a fan of waking up in the middle of the night, take a nap or two during the day (That'll give you additional dreams you can work with). |
