It was probably SP. It doesn't seem possible for ordinary relaxation to do that. |

I woke up on my own last night after about 6 hours of sleep. I decided to try to WILD, but ended up losing consciousness. I woke up again about 20 minutes later, and again, tried to WILD. I don't remember being fully awake/aware, but I remember feeling like I was in a zero-gravity environment doing backflips over and over again. It was very weirdly relaxing. My question is: has that happened to anyone? Was it SP or just a phase of relaxation? |

Flipping in zero gravity is definitely the beginning phase of SP. |

Something similar happened to me once. I went to bed really early. Within a few minutes I heard a really strong wind blowing. I was so relaxed I considered turning to look out of my window but just held back for a second or two. I then felt as if my physical body was spinning in all sorts of different directions. I knew it was my astral body and not my physical body and then I projected out of my body. This sounds similar to what you experienced. You may have been in sleep paralysis and maybe not. |

Neither do I. It was just for description. Most people, and in some extremely deep SP cases, myself, see "monsters" and demon-like figures as hallucinations, and start to hear loud rings, clanking metal, screaming children, etc. etc. It sounds frightening but it's really the coolest thing. |
