My Way to WILD/DEILD

So almost every morning I am able to sleep in without being awoken by an alarm, this happens. I will be laying there half awake half asleep and I will be almost watching a dream. This has happened to me since I was about 3 because I remember being very young and watching a dream unfold before my eyes. I have finally been able to transition into the dream and become lucid. While watching the dream, I act like I am running in it and feel everything I would feel if I was running. I transitioned into my dream, performed an rc, and stabilized myself. My question is: Does anybody else experience something similar and would this be considered hypnagogic hallucinations that turn into a dream. Thanks.

Many practitioners experience this because what you just described is an absolutely perfect WILD. You've been doing this since you were three? Sounds like you're a natural.

I havent been doing it since I was three but I have experienced it since I was 3. I remember being three and my mind would make up my own episodes of spongebob and I would sit in the morning watching them.After becoming aware of lucid dreaming I thought of doing this and am able to do it with ease.
