I have this ability to WILD LD, I have been able to do it since I was a child.. Its only in the past few months I have come to realise that not every body has this ability. Here is what I do..
1. I lay down on my bed when my body is tired, around 5-6pm normally! Its has to be daylight for me!! I'm not sure why but I have never had a WILD LD in the night..
2. I lay on my back and relax every muscle in my body, I focus on the dream I want to have.
3. After a short time I get the need to roll over, so I roll, close my eyes and focus on moving my dream body away from my real body.
4. Once my dream body is standing up in my room I am free to do what ever I like
5. If I want to change the surroundings I spin around, if I want a person in my dream I close my eyes and imagen them there, if I want to fly etc I just believe I can do it and it happens.
6. Sometimes I hear strange loud noises which pull my dream body back to my sleeping body, when I am losing my control over my lucid dream I simply OPEN my real eyes and I am back on my bed.
7. Once my Sleep Paralysis has worn off (this doesn't last long for me and I have never seen anything scary in my room so far) I can simply go back to sleep and back into my LD dream again.
I would like to hear from other WILD lucid dreamers who LD in the day light, swap techniques etc...
