      Help !!

ok so i went to bed at 12:30 am and woke up naturally at 5:46 am did a wbtb for like 5 mins of relaxing and tryed to wild. I tryed the free falling technique after i did all the steps I started counting my breaths from all the way to 100 . I did this like 3 times and nothing happened even though i lose count every so often. since i woke up naturally after 5 hours of sleep does that mean i have to wait like 90 mintues cause thats how long sleep cycles last ? can someone tell me what im doing wrong .

What might be a nightmare for one might be a wonderful dream for the other

no. the only thing you're doing wrong is that you seem to be waiting for the sleep paralysis...something that can keep one awake for hours. common noob mistake(no offense; i did the same thing)

the purpose of the counting is to keep your consciousness while you fall asleep. its called an anchor. counting honestly doesn't work well for most people because it keeps them awake or concentrating too much. use a different anchor, like sound, pain, etc. this is a good guide that follows these guidelines:

read them in order and in detail

or you can search billybobs guide in the search bar for the extreme fundumentals of WILDing
