ok so i went to bed at 12:30 am and woke up naturally at 5:46 am did a wbtb for like 5 mins of relaxing and tryed to wild. I tryed the free falling technique after i did all the steps I started counting my breaths from all the way to 100 . I did this like 3 times and nothing happened even though i lose count every so often. since i woke up naturally after 5 hours of sleep does that mean i have to wait like 90 mintues cause thats how long sleep cycles last ? can someone tell me what im doing wrong . |
