      Exclamation Tingly feet - was I going into SP?

      I just tried to WILD and without a blanket on I felt my feet tingle at maybe 25 seconds into counting? Strange. Anyways, I pulled up and inspected my feet. No bugs were on it, which made me think I was entering SP. Any thoughts?

      Propably you were on your way towards SP. Numbness and tingling are common sideeffects during WILD. In my opinion it's not worth paying attention to. Stick to your anchor (counting) and don't let yourself be distracted by anything.

      The tingling feeling has nothing to do with SP or falling asleep. Ignore it. If you're focusing on every little thing you're feeling you won't be able to fall asleep.
