Hey guys, here's another thread of me venting because I can't WILD |
You've had months of failure because you've read some really bad WILD guides. FFS |
yeah :/ |
ive been failing for a week straight and it really messed up my sleep schedule . Closest i got to sleep paralysis was a DEILD, all of a sudden i heard a loud wind rushing noise like the noise you hear when you open one window in your car while your going fast and it felt like i was in some heavy duty turbulence traveling real fast. It was quite the experience but was too startled to do anything. Im still confused on how exactly you enter sleep paralysis. |
Look up jeff777's guide on how to induce SP . Basically just wbtb, lie down without moving at all (even your eyes) and let memories just play out. Once you get an extreme urge to move, DON'T. after seconds you will feel a wave take over your body, from there you can transition. |
Well you should never take that kind of advice for granted because everyone is different. The point I was trying to make is that your body falls asleep naturaly if you resist the checks your brain sends out, wether you should be sleepy, lying on your back or visualizing is different from person to person and the best to do is just try it yourself. I don't even know what it is like to hear noises during a wild attempt because I've never heard them. |

jeffs guides seem to have the most success out of any other guides on here. But still its not clear to me when others say the complete opposite like this |
NO. NO NO NO NO. |

when i was playing around with my technique, i kinda.. went out of it.. lost awareness but i was still awake and then id suddenly gain awareness and feel my body start changing or something idk it was weird. Guess that was NREM, started breathing loads which stopped it though. Forgot what I done now though. Guess its just trial and error |

You should drop by the Dream Views Academy. You might find some stuff that interests you: WILD (Sageous) |
Well here's one of them: |
Look I don't really know which guide is the best cause I barely practise Wild (I'm into Deild). Like I said earlier try out all the guides. |
It doesn't have a high success rate. Why do you think there's so many people making threads in the WILD forum with the exact same issues: not being able to stay still, not being able to sleep on their back, whatever other shit jeff says to do. It absolutely does NOT have a high success rate. |

I don't know why it seems like you have such a hard time comprehendng what I'm saying. In general results for all the guides are around 50/50 including mzzkc's and jeff's the reason is because either people are physically unable to adhere to the steps or they are follwing them wrong. I only linked jeff's guide because it's similar to what I do, it works for me, it works for like 30 other people. Obviously it's up to the user to decide which works better. Now I know mzzkc is a smart guy and understands alot about sleep and nrem but what he proposes to do is still based on his findings and opinion...the same as jeff's guide. |

cmind, ive seen people try to argue with dutchraptor before. He never loses. |

Wow, I'm amazed for all of these people who are supposed to be in touch with Karma, etc., we sure know how to fight on our forums. /rolls up sleeves and digs in. |
You're not supposed to stay awake! That's what jeff777 and his ilk get wrong, they make it seem like you can magically get into a lucid dream without actually falling asleep... |
