Almost Perfected my WILD Method... One huge Problem though.

So, basically after months of trying to WILD/DEILD. I can say i have sucessfully WILDed once and maybe twice. One of these was through hypnagogics and the other through vibrations. After trial and error, i believe i finally found out how i can WILD or get close to WILDing every night.

Basically my technique is to wake up after 4-6 hours and then just visualize a place like my work or a certain highway. Just visualizing a certain scenery, i can hit the vibrations with no problem once so ever. The vibrations i experience are very intense so i am not mistaking them for relaxation vibrations or numbness feelings.

Now, this is where i get stuck. Most of the times, the vibrations just stop after a few seconds and nothing happens. No false awakening, hypnagogic halluncinations, nothing. I try to ignore the vibrations and keep myself relaxed so and just focus on my original visualization but 8/10 times nothing happen.

Basically, I reach vibrations and rarely get hypnagogics or auditory hallucinations (i always hear a wind noise though). I know i should ignore these feelings and just focus on entering a dream but i dont understand how i am supposed to do that if i cannot get passed this phase.

Whenever I felt the vibrations and warping feeling in my WILD attempts, I just let myself enjoy the ride, and my dream eyes usually open just like that. If you're ignoring those feelings, maybe the challenge is just testing if you're in the dream state?

I see you said it doesn't involve false awakenings, but it's not really to surprising if you felt those vibrations just for a few seconds, and are left speculating if you failed or something. It seems to me you have the mechanics down, and that your mind is being more clever now that you're used to it.

All I can say is just give it a few minutes if something like that happens again.

yea, good idea. once the vibrations die down. I usually try to imagine a place to see if it will form before my eyes or open my eyes and do a reality check. I ll wait a little longer tonight.

This was happenig to me a lot. Vibrations came and went, strong feeling of flying head first came and went, and I was not in LD. Or that's what I thought.

Then I read when people were saying, to just get up from your bed when vibrations end and you should be in LD. And as I was reading this and thinking about how is that possible, funny thing started to happen.

When I hit vibrations and they stop, I think about I should just stand up. And get this, I started to see my room. I'm still thinking I'm WILDing and not in a dream. But I say to myself "if everybody says to get up, I'll get up." So I stand up and I'm in a dream.

So since then, this is always on my mind and sometimes I even think, that I'll get up, as soon as I get my vision.

Still, my easiest way to enter a dream is through the images/dreamlets, but I'm not getting them as often as I used to. Now I use this "I'm gonna get up although I'm sure I'm awake" thing.

I truly believe, that just reading about this numerous times and thinking about this made it to start happening.

EDIT: I don't open my eyes. I wait for my dream vision to kick in. Instead of visualizing, try sometimes to wait to see your room.
