Wild success, and complications

Ill just start at the beginning, my body tough me how to wild, get in bed, lay there in my preferred position, and if everything goes right, ill have a lucid. Now, Thursday and Friday night i tried, and everything was almost good. On Thursday, i tried to change the dream, so i closed my dream eyes, went back into the late stages of Sp (?) and when the new one was forming, pictured something else. Got to the new dream and i was immediately in a training fight. So i just blocked, trying to stablize, but i woke up. Now on Friday night i successfully wild again, but nothing really happend, my brain went into this confusing Lucid/ awake/ nonlucid/ awake cycle and i just went to sleep. Now that i have an induction chance of 70%, is there a way to stabilize the beginning of these, just stretching my fingers and touching whats close is good, but i need a tactic for all situations.
