      Need personal advice.

      Hello everybody!

I have been trying to WILD for the past 2 months and while i failed horribly in the first few weeks, i am now close to achieving my first (i think!).

When i try to WILD nowadays, i get to a point where i feel numbness (not paralysis) crawling up from my feet, all the way to my neck and when this process is over, i tend to focus on my hearing.
Now, while focusing on my hearing i notice that all sound disappears rather quickly, and the constant "buzzing" you have in your ear intensifies to a point where all my focus is pointed towards that.

At this point it also seems as if i "forget" my physical body, much like if your imagine that your whole body disappears and your are only a head. (I know this sounds weird, but i hope people can relate.)

Additionally, my vision becomes pure white, and on rare occasions i get HI so "rich" that i can see a primitive dreamscape and move and see my "dream arms".

However, when i transition into this phase i will get increased heartrate to a point where i am almost out of breath, and while trying to catch my breath, i always "wake up" from this phase.
I have been wondering if the elevated heartbeat is caused by excitement or something else, because no matter how calm i try to be, my heart always begin racing.

I would really love to hear peoples opinions and personal experiences.

I did notice a few times how my breathing gets faster from one second to another, out of the blue. But not my heartrate.

It's quite possible its from excitement. Even if I stay calm, I can't help myself and I think "yessss! it's starting".

If you can see your dream arms, do the same with rest of your body, or just take a leap of faith and stand up, or roll out of your body. I do this quite often into a WILD. Have you tried a motionless RC to see if you float up?

No, i have never tried doing a motionless RC. Doesn't that require a firm belief that it will succeed?

Should i just keep on trying?

Motionless RC "If this was a dream, I would levitate". I guess it does require same belief, as other RCs. But you don't have to move and possibly ruin/delay your attempt.

When you saw your dream hands, did you see your room as well? If yes, you were definitelly in a dream and just stand up and walk away. This was a hard concept for me to understand. So for a few attempts I used a mantra "When I see my room [you can use "my hands", I get up]. So when I saw my room while WILDing, and I was 100% sure I'm still awake, I decided to try it out and got up from sofa and I was in LD.

I forgot to mention, that the increased heartrate is most likely not your heart, but a heart chakra getting active. At least that's what I heard.

Well, i didn't see my room.

The last time i got this vivid HI i saw an open field with mountains in the background and some people talking to me.
I just didn't feel like i was "there". It kinda felt like putting your head under water in the sense that your head and body is seperated by, in this metaphor, the waters surface. They are still connected, it just feels like they are in different "planes". If you know what i mean.

If this HI is a "full screen", it's most likely a dream ready for you. I enter it by finding a spot on the ground, look at that spot and say slowly and with intent "I ... am ... there". This starts to move me closer to the ground until I touch down and "movie" feel changes into 3D environment - LD. have yu seen this? Sensations and types of entry into WILD.

That was a good read, thank you.

As i mentioned above, the times where i experience very vivid HI are rare. All other times i just get a completely bright white field of view, but with the same bodily sensations. Does this mean that there is no dream for me to "enter" or is it just another form of entry into a dream?

When I get while field, it almost always continues to produce more HI and dreams for me to enter. It takes short time from this while field to dreams.

At first, every time I WILDed I got HI and dreams and entered that way. Then I started getting the "incredible speed" thing and sometimes just blackness and had no idea how to enter from there.

Later I realized, when anything like that is happening, I'm most likely in a dream already. Open your dream eyes or say "now I can see".

But it can also happen, that dream is not ready, as sageous talkes about it in his tutorial.
