      Exclamation How to stop fear while WILDing?

      Three WILDs so far, one of them failed because I wanted to pick a different scenario but I just fell asleep, the other two because I was too scared.

      I know that ONCE you have some successful WILDs you stop being scared, but before that you have to WILD successfully, what for me means not being scared.

      So, do you have any simple trick to stop fear while WILDing?

      P.S: Successfully (but unconsciously) changed my dream spawn location in an OBE, trying to repeat the experience

      Personally, education.
      If you know a certain sensation etc is normal, it removes the fear. At least, to an extent.
