So last night I gave up on an attempt to wild and went to bed as I normally do, I ended up waking up with what I can only assume was SP. I wasn't in a logical state of mind to go with it so I began to struggle to move, I could move my foot back and forth but I was unable to move my arms or torso. I began to feel a pressure on my chest and had difficulty breathing and I couldn't help but think about the old hag( wish I never learned about it....) My eyes started to open (I didn't want to open my eyes in fear of seeing something), and through the small slit of my eyelids I saw a figure ontop of me, I immediately closed my eyes as hard as I could but a new image was appearing behind my eyelids. I got free about 5 seconds after this and went to bed normally again. During a wild attempt, does closing your eyes make the HH go away? or is it in your mind anyways so it remains? I had another experience a few nights back where I woke up with the SP and struggled to move, I ended up falling off my bed in a tense position....in the morning I was on my bed safe and snug...was I dreaming I had SP? It felt as real as real could be, I can't think of one thing that didn't make sense (except me waking back on my bed) My biggest issue with SP thus far is breathing(restricted), any way I can combat this? Thanks in advance. |
