You can't WILD without falling asleep, WILDing is falling asleep with awareness. Practice meditation to build your self-awareness and keep practising! |

I think that if I could stay awake longer I'd be able to do it. I heard these two kids at my school talking about WILD and how easy it was for them, and I went up and started talking to them about it. They said they just repeat "I'm dreaming." Non-stop to stay awake, but that seems a little bit sketchy to me. Any tips on staying awake when doing WILD? |

Always, no sometimes think it's me,
But you know I know when it's a dream
I think I know I mean a yes
But it's all wrong
That is I think I disagree

Like Ctharlhie said, you need to fall asleep in order to WILD. You want to be as relaxed as possible and just maintain a tiny level of awareness while abstracting yourself from any thoughts or sensation. One thing I do is letting myself drift like watching a movie in a foreign language. |
