      Question SDR Question

I couldn't find this anywhere else so I'll just ask. I have been attempting to use the stop drop and roll technique recently but continue to get stuck. At some point after rolling over I get so uncomfortable it is nearly painful. I know this is suppose to happen but I can't seem to get through it. Does anyone know if there's a way to dull the uncomfortableness at all or do you just have to persevere through it?

      Also have a nice day : D

I'm sorry, but I don't think being uncomfortable and being in pain is Ok, or normal for WILDing. You should go through WILD process same way as you falling asleep normally. Comfortably getting sleepy until you finally fall asleep. You should not be aware of your body at all.

Not familiar with the method you mention. I suspect it teaches SP, which is a shame, because SP has nothing to do with WILDing. You get into SP after you start dreaming, and your body takes care of it. You can't induce it.

Please check out this basic WILD
and this WILD will give you lot more details
      Hope this helps.
