Last night I had a pretty successful WILD attempt. After flirting with unconsciousness for a bit I submitted, which helped bypass SP to some degree. The sounds of birds chirping outside surrounded me as my bedroom room appeared out of darkness. I recognized that this place was a dream re-creation of my house, and I that was "Seeing through my eyelids." I brought my hand up to my face to do a quick reality check, but could barely make it out in the darkness. The whole dream felt hazy, and I knew that, so I sat up with full confidence that I was dreaming, and began touching the blankets at the end of my bed. But it didn't fix the problem. Everything in the room was fading and the darkness overtook my vision. I lost control, and my LD came to an untimely end. Has anyone that has been sent to their house during a LD had a problem with darkness overtaking the dream? Does my house work like a full lucid, where I could say procure a flashlight?

Any insight would be helpful. 😁
