Has anyone tried this out yet?

      Hey guys
So, since I was lurking on the internet and I found this picture about how to do Lucid Dreaming while in bed, I've been doing this for like 3 days and still no Lucid Dream, I lay down on my bed and close my eyes and try not to move a single muscle, at first it feels like my arms starting to float in the air, as time passes it feels like I am floating, also my heartbeart rate goes higher o.O alot! One night I did it like 3 times and still didn't work, nor I was hearing any voices -_- nor I was getting any sleep paralysis..
      Thanks..

      Yo.
There's alot of misconception about sleep paralysis over internet, sorry about that. Sleep paralysis is not related to lucid dreaming in any way, it's very rare experience that is impossible to induce and that many won't experience at all, only those with sleep disorder experience it regularly. Feeling of floating in air is normal sensation of falling asleep that one can feel when being more aware. I strongly suggest checking out this thread http://www.dreamviews.com/wake-initi...mystified.html
Also i strongly recommend checking out those tutorials:

It's kinda ridiculous that in the picture it tells you to not only keep perfectly still, but to also not even move your eyeballs. What does the creator of that image think REM is? haha
