I can not be totally sure but based on my WILD experiences it sounds like you transitioned, realized that you were dreaming but then you expected to be in your bed so you actually induced your own False Awakening. So basically you layed in a dream version of your dream trying to WILD. |

Hmm while you did have a lucid dream, I'm not absolutely sure it was a WILD. Now I'm not trying to demotivate you or anything, but from what I've learned and experienced, in WILD there is no lapse in consciousness. You are awake and in bed, then maybe get some imagery, hallucinations and sensations, then you start transitioning into the dream and you are lucid once you get in. For it to be a WILD, there should be no time where you drift off into the non-lucid dream even for a few seconds. |

Thank you paigeyemps. I'm going to try it again Friday evening. I must say in the 12 hours I've been in the forum everyone has been most helpful! I look forward to properly reaching lucidity! |

Awesome, let us know how it goes! Good luck |
