      Welcome to DreamViews!

I would suggest you stop thinking about SP. You don't need it for WILDing, and you are not likely to see anything scary unless you expect to. We once had a Task of the Month where we had to tell a dream character that they weren't real, and wouldn't you know it? First WILD I had, a scary black shadow crept up behind and around me. But because I had the TotM in mind, I just told the scary thing that it wasn't real, and it faded away just like that.

Everything you see, hear and feel in dreams is made by your own mind, and nothing can harm you. And when you are lucid, you can control it. Go to a dream character - any dream character - with a smile and a positive attitude, and that's what they will give back to you.

We have a great WILD tutorial here on DreamViews. I highly recommend it. You can find it here: WILD
Section 3 will explain to you how to deal with all the intrusive stuff that can happen during a WILD. I think you will find it very helpful.

Don't get me wrong - I used to be terrified of this stuff too, back when I didn't even know the term WILD and it was all just happening voluntarily. But now that I have learned what is really going on, I'm quite enjoying the process.
