RC for False Awakening while WILD

Any suggestions? I want an RC that will help me check if I am dreaming, or have messed my WILD up.
      My transition goes likr this
I feel a tightness in my chest, see a bright light. Mostly Imuck up because of claustrophobia, and it becomes dark.
      So...
      Thank you guys.
Goodbye Brielle, Only whispers can tell
Of the sweet dreams that we knew so well
I'll see you around our dear ocean town, The frozen days we set ablaze
Sent me drifting away, Like a butterfly, I floated by and now I'm alone
I wish I knew when I'll be back again, So until then I wish you well
So until then I wish you well, For the time being farewell
      My dear Brielle...

You could plug your nose with your fingers but that will probably mess up your attempt if you're not in a dream yet.
What you can do is shut your mouth and try breathing through your mouth, if you know what I mean.

      Cool! Thanks.
Any suggestions on how to distract my mind away from claustrophobia without messing up my transition?
