My work with WILD ~ Developing a personal technique.

      A bit about my background:

      - Natural lucid dreamer.
      - Able to deeply relax my body and especially my mind.
      - Unfortunately, suffering finger/toe pain which screws up sometimes with my WILD attempts.

With that being said, I am trying to develop my own technique and so far is working awesomely. I will be happy to share it here and if you guys got questions about WILD in general I will be happy to answer (I know a lot more than I can do with WILD lol.)

Gonna be doing nightly WILD attempts and share them daily here.

This specific technique lays on listening the sound of your body, but not breathing, but sounds such as the buzz of your ears when silent in the room. I recommend using no music and no aids for this specific WILD. You want to focus on the buzzing of your ears and attempt to intensify that buzzing. That's it. Eventually you will be paralyzed and enter hypnagogia. Since you are only focused on the buzz of your ears, this will remove weird hypnagogic sounds that can scare you and ruin your WILD attempt, as sometimes hypnagogic sounds can be very loud, but your loud ear buzz will be louder and you will bypass those and only get minor visual hypnagogia. From here, you will wait until your body feels like shaking, and from here, you will visualize a dream scenario. Hopefully entering fully lucid.

I recommend to use this technique after a few hours of sleep from natural awakening.

Cool I'm very interested. Going to bookmark so I can remember to check back and read these. I will try focusing on the buzz in my ears for WILD sometime soon and see if I can have some success with it

Hey percylucid sounds like you have a good little technique going on, wild is one technique I really want to be good at but it's so dam hard especially because I share the bed with my wife and sometimes my son who's 16 months old so I've had a lot of failed attempts that I blame on them lol
