hello. i've been trying to get into a lucid dream for a while especially the WILD method. i wake up about 4-5 hours after going to bed and stay awake for a few minutes. i then lay on my back and try to get relaxed. but when ii try i just have so many thoughts in my head that suddenly come to me. the most i can do is feel a tiny tingling sensation and numbness in my hand and feet. i tay in this position for 30mins - 1hr but still nothing happens. any tips on how to help me? |
