      Question Anchors?

Can anyone suggest a better anchor for me to try please?

I'm still having no difficulty falling asleep when I attempt to WILD and usually spend an hour in and out of sleep with dreaming. Currently using a mantra as an anchor but it's not working because I keep falling asleep and lose conciousness.

I think a physical anchor might work better for me. Not sure about keeping my arm up in the air - any other ideas?

Does that work as an anchor?? I fell asleep immediately, non-lucidly, last time I tried that.

In the thread I read about it, I think it was this one http://www.dreamviews.com/general-lu...lly-works.html most people were amazed at how well RB worked for them. It had different results though, for some people it helped them relax deeply quickly, for some it made them go into sleep paralysis and for some it helped them WILD.
If it doesn't work for you try a different physical anchor like FILD, or sleeping in a position you don't normally sleep in, or put something slightly uncomfortable underneath you, or combine RB with a mantra or counting so you don't lose focus.
