Question Can running give you Wake Initiated Lucid Dreams?

Is it possible to use running to induced a WILD by making it so your body will easily fall back to sleep while you stay awake?

      I tried doing this...

      1. Get six hours of sleep.
      2. Drink water and then run two miles, aka run enough to get your body tired and ready to crash.
      3. Go back to bed and try to stay awake while hopefully, with your mind awake and your body wanting to crash, your body quickly goes to sleep, and you enter a lucid dream.

But my body decided to stay awake.

Your method is missing a step.

      4. Spend an hour having trouble going back to sleep and then give up and fall asleep.

Mind awake and aware = body awake.
