Does anyone else know about this trick, and how does it work for you?

I've had it successfully start a WILD for me, but I've only attempted it once so far. The trick goes: once you feel that you're close to REM, rapidly move your eyes left right left right, up down up down, then very faintly twitch a limb/finger/toes/etc. The twitching should make that limb fall more asleep. The eye twitching should convince your mind your body is asleep. Together, they can transition you into a dream. When I did it, it worked, but not until I tried it 20+ times. I wasn't close enough to REM until the last time, which immediately hurled me into dream land.
