i dont believe there is anything spiritual bout it although i think dreamcatchers are suppose to filter out "bad spirits" that creates nightmares but i don't really believe in that. |

I was just wondering. I have never had a Lucid Dream and I really want to have one. I have been looking at the WILD method and I think I would like to try it. However, I am getting mixed signals with regards to one area. |

The primordial versions of the WILD(practice of the monks) are related with spiritual stuff, how lucidspark64 said. LaBarge created a technique, the current WILD, with same bases of the old technique but much more scientific, in fact if you read Laberge writings you see that he only uses scientific terms and avoid esoteric terms, all about WILD it's scientifically proven and explained. The old versions of the technique are almost impossible to be done without a support guru and with the current modern style of life. |

I suggest you ignore that Out Of Body Experience and Astral Projection nonsense. Lucid dreaming is scientifically proven, and it is nothing spiritual. Just remember, you go through Hypnogogic imagery every night, this time you're just awake to experience it. It can't hurt you. As for Dream Journals and RC's, you should always do those, and a dream journal is MANDATORY! What is the point of having a lucid dream if you can't remember it happened! |

"Of course my life isn't a nightmare! At least you can become lucid in a nightmare."

ATHEISTS, UNITE!!!!
Well, I think that kinda spiritual and AP stuff ain´t real. So nothing spiritual here. |
