      DEILD Induction Question

Okay this is a short question In order to make DEILD more effective would I combine it with a MILD so that I actually awake after every dream? Also I was wondering if the timing is right when I use a MILD/DEILD combo that if my DEILD fails couldn't I just get up for 30-60 minutes and make that failed attempt a WBTB? Or just a WILD? Is there a reason dreamers just give up when an induction technique fails?

I don't count these as true lucids because they where not very clear, but until I have my first real lucid these will do.)

Yes! Autosuggestion should be used to wake yourself up. (Better than a noisy alarm clock.) However MILD isn't the right term... And yes, if you move too much, or can't get back to sleep (The DEILD fails) you could get up and try a WBTB and WILD. This is actually a smart strategy. (Would only be better with Reality checks during the day. )

The reason most of us don't is... We're tired. If you wake up at the wrong time for a DEILD or WILD, you just don't want to get up... It's happened to me before.
      Bollocks.

      Yes, but it's autosuggestion.
