      Exclamation Annoying Scary WILDs!!!

This is really starting to annoy me now. I've been practicing WILDing now for about a month with no success, but I remain persistent because it seems to be getting a lot easier. What I can't do though is stop myself from waking up
as soon as I hear audio HH or HI (not really sure what the difference is). Most recently, last night I almost completed two WILDS, but both times I failed because of my problem.

The first WILD took a lot of time to get into - about 40mins - but eventually I slipped into almost full sleep paralysis, but then I heard this really loud alien-like noise. It was quite high pitched and scared the crap out of me, so I instantly jumped awake. Then the second WILD only took about 5mins to get into, but it was really unexpected, which made me jump even more when the noise came. It was the same kind of noise as the first time, and it sounded like it came from some sort of being, which is why both times I jumped awake and lay in my bed for a while with a heart rate of about 150 beats/minute.

So my question is; how the hell do you make it through the annoying hillucinations of sleep paralysis? I'm quite a logical and scientific person, so I know it's not actually spirits or anything, and that it is all in my mind, but when i'm in the moment it really does scare the crap out of me.

      So, any tips?

haha you don't mate, thats part of SP, that why so many people get freaked out.... try to keep your eyes closed, relax and absord what is happening.

Just remember it's not real, it sounds like your very close so you might aswell take the last step and deal with the negitives to be rewarded with the positives!!! Once you hit the LD you'll be loven it

P.S - quick tip, you might want to try and get more tired and exhausted before you try again, this will make your body switch off before your mind so once you hear them noises you won't have the choice to move, you'll be stuck and from there on in you ride it out.... muwhahahaha

Keep your mind active and tune into the stereogram.

Is anybody else going to give me any advice? I get annoyed when I see 62 views yet only one person has answered my question! ...

Thanks in advance to anyone kind enough to answer my question and give some more advice.

I have the same problem as you! except i don't hear noises. I just get too scared when I feel my body shut down and my heart just ends up beating way to fast that I realise there's no way I'm getting relaxed enough to dream here!

Sorry if this isn't much help though!

Thanks for the reply. It's nice to know that other people are having similar problems (no offense).
