Well, the title is somewhat non-descript, and I apologize for that, but it's the best way I could find to phrase it. Anyways, I was in the car earlier with my mo and my brother. I was really tired and had a headache, so I decided to try and go to sleep. I didn't realize it, but my body had gone to sleep before my brain. The only way I knew this was because my brother said something, causing me to remember everything I was thinking. I don't remember exactly what it was, but I remember being consciously aware and thinking I was off on some wild tangent that had nothing to do with the conversation going on. Now, the reason I say this? I used to go to sleep every morning on the bus to school ( don't have a bus this year, though I should next year. Which is about 3 months away ).
Here's a link to a thread where I said more about it:http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...t=68720&page=1
Anyways, there is a reason I bring this up. Every time when I woke up, my muscles were stiff and cold. It almost seemed like my hand was hollow. I never documented this because I'd never figured out a way to put it. Anyways, I finally had an episode of Sleep Paralysis, and guess what...? Almost the exact same feeling. This leads me to believe that I was in some kind of WILD/SP state EVERY morning without knowing it. Now, school's out on Wednesday and then I've got summer, so I won't be able to test it out for 3 months, but I was wondering if this might mean I could turn it into a WILD.
Any thoughts?
