      My main method if I really want to endure such torture is to just lay really still for about 30 minutes and I start to feel it. However I don't do this much because it usually causes semi lucid nightmares when I fall asleep.

      The other method is sort of accident - after awakening from a DILD I am usually in sp, especially if I was jolted awake from the dream - such as a car crash or especially large fall.
      Life in a box is better than no life at all, I expect. You'd have a chance, at least. You could lie there thinking, "Well. At least I'm not dead.'

      I just lay there, without moving, daydreaming, for about 20 minutes. I reach SP faster if I'm more tired, or if I just woke up.

      I could never reach SP without waking up from a dream first, but I didn't really try other methods either, because I get my weekly dose of SP either way .
      But I am thinking about daytime napping SP exercises .
      At the night it doesn't work, because I always loose my consciousness .
