      Question relating to Sp

The times that I have tried to WILD, I basically just laid in my bed counting breaths for half an hour or so.

When I did this, I never really felt SP kick in, but I always got the numbness and whenever I got up my body was extremely tired like it had just been awoken.

Is it possible that some people just don't really get Sp, only a form of numbness while they are Wilding?

It's possible. I never go into SP when I do WILD:s. I usually get to the numbness and lie still untill it gets real uncomfortable, then I turn on my side and I drift into the dream.

However this night I didn't have to turn to my side, I just flew into the dream right away. This happened after drawing inspiration from this article by adraw: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=61525

I guess the SP comes after I'm thrown into WILD cause of course it happens sometime during the attempt cause it always happen when a person goes to sleep.

Ok, I generally get annoyed because I never feel SP kick in so I thought i must be doing something wrong.

Can you fix the link? It says '404 not found' for me.

      So I tried again.

I am beginning to notice that my torso isn't drifting into SP at all, while my legs are the area that is tiring and shutting down.

Today I was going for a nap in my bed, but decided to try and get to SP again. Though i was in a curcled up position this time. I was down for maybe an hour. I think I fell asleep once, but the second time I was aware. Eventually I felt this wave fall on me, it lasted a few seconds and then happened again seconds later. I heard that this could mean you have entered a FA state, so I tried to get up. I made sure to wiggle my toes and all that just in case I was in a Mini-Sp state and was still awake.

Turns out I will still awake.(unless this is a dream...) So when I try to SP my legs get tired and almost a Sp like state, but I have never gotten any further.

Check out LucidDreamTricks videotutorials on YouTube if you haven't already. They cover everything on entering SP, including how to do RC:s during SP and how to exit SP without making any movement.

The waves could mean you're real close. I usually feel waves when I'm about to enter, but this can also happen a while before I enter. So don't start moving just because you feel waves and sensations. Usually you'll have no doubt when you enter SP.

I started to feel my legs get heavier as the time went on, especially after the waves hit.

I had heard someone here say that meant that you were going into a dream-state, but it could have been just for her.

      Hi Mattofla

Yeah, I am one of those people that don't feel SP when it happens, I have felt SP before, but during my inductions I don't experience it at all the way I have before.

      Hope that helps
