How a WILD feels to me

Last night I tried to WILD. It was succesful, kinda. See it helps if I have the tv on and I was really focused. I layed aabout 25-30 minutes then my body started telling me to move and it was a strong command. I was twiching like Mystic in X3 after she got shot and lost her powers. I couldn't eben keep my eyes closed! Then everything was numb it was the worst feeling EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is this normal, or did this just happen this one time?

You can get some wacky body distortions and hallucinations when you WILD. Vibrating, shaking, or twitching are pretty common. Some people even feel themselves bending, twisting, or flipping. The hallucinations can be really vivid and convincing.

Were you lying in the same position you always do when you fall asleep? You should be comfortable when you WILD.

I can never EVER get passed the sensation to move... Just so strong! My advice to you would be no matter how uncomfortable your body is, just try and pull through. If you're not lying in an uncomfortable position then it's just your body testing you.

I tried the crap about keeping still and not moving despite the impulses, but it just kept me awake for 3 hours longer than usual. I only WILD upon waking from dreams. My vibrations are weird...like something is shaking my bed really hard, and I always have creepy hallucinations.

I heard that sleeping in a different position. I tried sleeping at the other side of the bed, but felt really odd, so I slept in my regular postiton.
