I tried to WILD last night and had an interesting experience. I didn't sleep first but I got into bed at about 12:45. Counting my breaths, I focused on allowing my body to go to sleep while keeping my mind awake. |

"You musn't be afraid to dream a little bigger, darling."
Sounds to me like the reason you didn't succeed was that you didn't sleep before your attempt. As you probably know, your REM cycles (when most dreaming happens) get much closer together as you sleep longer. Try it again but sleep for at least 4 hours before you do it. If you had done exactly what you did, I bet you would have ended up in a dream. However, staying awake is another story. Good luck and yes, interesting story! |
