      Well, in normal sleep, you just sleep normally, however you do so. In WILDing, you're pretty much completely awake and aware, just focusing and concentrating on staying aware. Like you said, you are supposed to forget sensations. But some do argue whether you should think. Like why I try to WILD, I count for a while, but it makes me tired after a while. Some people have told me that it's a good idea to play stories or music in your head.
