Hello everybody on DV! This is my very first post! Enough about me, I have a question about WILDing which I've had since I started doing it.
Once I get into the WILD (like 5-10 minutes into attempting it), my legs feel sorta cramped, like I'm sitting in a small roller coaster. Then I feel the urge to stretch. When I know it's not gonna happen, I get up and my legs feel so like cramped and once I stretch them it gets better.
So, my question is: am I supposed to experience "heavy leg syndrome"? (copyright ;P)
