To answer your question Jeremy wether it is a good one or not; The idea by attempting to WILD is to enter are sleep during a REM cycle because this is the easiest time to WILD. The idea behind DILD and WILD is to both be aware that you are dreaming or are going to dream, so you need to read up on some tutorials as to how to become more aware/conscious while attempting such techniques. |

Total Number of LD's = 1
DILD = 1 -- DEILD = 0 -- WILD = 0 -- WBTB = 0

A good way to not forget your dreaming in a DILD, is to repeat "this is a dream," over and over. Either out loud, or just in your thoughts. As you progress, forgetting will start to happen less often. |
