      In a wild...

      i often forget that i am dreaming in a DILD in wild are your brain waves like they would be normal as i can you forget because that probably me

      To answer your question Jeremy wether it is a good one or not; The idea by attempting to WILD is to enter are sleep during a REM cycle because this is the easiest time to WILD. The idea behind DILD and WILD is to both be aware that you are dreaming or are going to dream, so you need to read up on some tutorials as to how to become more aware/conscious while attempting such techniques.

      my translation of Jeremy - he forgets that he dreams when attempting to dild so that he needs to work on becoming aware. he asks a question are our brain waves normal during a wild. he thinks his problem is he either has irregular brain waves or forgeting that he is dreaming is the problem.

      hopefully I am not wrong in my prior insight

      A good way to not forget your dreaming in a DILD, is to repeat "this is a dream," over and over. Either out loud, or just in your thoughts. As you progress, forgetting will start to happen less often.
