      Exclamation Wrong?

      I find a position, lay there, and nothing happens, no matter how long I keep still. My method is to count my breaths, watch the back of my eyes, or imagine objects, and at the end of it, I feel a little stiff and heavy (like you would after waking up) but no SP results at all. I can't imagine what I'm doing wrong!

      You say you count your breaths, but are you thinking of other things while doing this? And are your breaths forced? Try to relax. Think about an object with every number. Such as, when you imagine a 1 imagine it turning into a snake, and then imagine a 2 and imagine it turning into a whale or something. That may help you to get your mind to drift enough to hit the SP.

      Just dont try SO hard, you know?

      Yeah, I notice that I tend to get tensed up even if I think I'm relaxed. Then I slowly try to relax my mustles, but I didn't even realize that's what was going on with my body. I'll try what you suggested. It's possible I haven't found the right technique to distract my mind.

      Man one thing that i found on me...

      DON'T WATCH THE BLACK OF YOUR EYELIDS...

      I know that now it's weird to you understand what you're saying...

      But looks...When you woke up tired and lay still again thinking before falling asleep...

      You're don't watching your eyelids...It's like there's a void, you're not paying attention to it, you just forget it and can concentrate better...

      Now that i know what's like when i WILD i pay attention on my breath or i pay attention on the word LUCIDITY and barely think...

      Wow, yeah that is great advice actually. Just space out, dont stress your eyes to see anything.

      I'm a little be afraid that I'll just fall asleep, but maybe if I don't form words in my mind and just breathe in and out slowly. It does seem like the more conciouss I am, the further my body is from tuning out. On top of that, I get intense itches, and I'm not even close to SP. My body isn't even to checking to see if I'm awake and it's safe to go into SP. It's just nudging me for the joy of it. I should slap it.

      try the visualization technique...

      The visualization tecnick with me if it is WBTB time

      You just try focusing on your imagination trying to visualize vivid things...When you're tired and WBTB it's so easy that you go into SP too fast and you don't will pay much attention to it...

      When you see you're "feeling", "living" and "be" in your vizualization...It became a dream...

      It works for me...Try this...

      That's really good advice Kanious. I'll try that tonight. Do you ever have results when you're just going to bed, or no?

      At first WILD is perfect on WBTB

      But i can do it at when i'm going to bed...If you sleep too much it won't work...

      But when i sleep - 6 hours because of school it works perfectly because i'm tired and sonolent all day...

      So i go to bed...And i vizualize/daydream (I ever do it when i go to bed, since i was child) then i'm wild if i don't want...In less than 30 mins i'll be dreaming and will wonder what the fuck is happening...Ever i think "WHAT THE FUCK?I was thinking and now i got here) and soon i'm dreaming...

      If you sleep healthy hours i don't recommend to try to WILD when you go to bed 'cause you will be imsomniac and this isn't good...

      So the best, BEST moment to try visualization technique is at WBTB...

      I'll try WBTB again tonight, although I've never been very good at it. I can't seem to get into it if I've just woken up. However, I will defintely try again and put in more of an effort. Thank you!

      just forget about your body, don't care about it and focus on your imagination...

      Let your body be comfortable and like i said just focus on your visualization...
