The time of day you WILD does not matter, it's about how your body is feeling at that time of day, not about whether the sun or moon are up. I think your itching problem and your wanting to WILD during the day/nap would be best solved with a WBTB (Wake Back to Bed Technique). If you try and WILD with a few hours of sleep already under your belt, then it's much easier for the body to be relaxed and for you not to itch as much. That's my recommendation at least. But since you are wanting to WILD I take it say (around the afternoon?) I would suggest sleeping for 3 - 6 hours, waking up and going about your day until you are ready to WILD. Often times, when I have gotten maybe 3 - 5 hours of sleep and have to wake up, I can take a nap hours later and WILD because my body is still sufficiently tired enough to quickly put it into a relaxed state and my mind is alert enough to maintain my focus during the transitioning process.
