Well i read jeffs guide on how to trick the body into going into sleep. Havent tried it yet but i want to clear things up |

You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.
Ok thats one question down. What am i suppose to think about when i am trying to enter sleep paralysis and my eyes are closed and am perfectly still. |

If you drift with thoughts (let them carry you away), you will probably go to sleep in a non-lucid state. |
