I woke up naturally. Now that i'm used to write on the dream diary i, usually, wake up naturally after each of the about 3 dreams i have each night. This night i had already woke up before the successful attempt. At that time i went to bathroom and writed on diary so, in the next time i woke up i decided to give it a try directly instead of waking up and doing something. It seems to have increased the efficiency of the attempt. Was faster and had a larger degree of success.

I might try again tonight to see if it works again. If it does i'll keep practising until i can use it everytime i want.
