      WILD advice

      I keep falling asleep any advice on how to stay aware??

      the key thing most people say is to focus on some kind of scene where you are active and it involves all your senses. I havnt succeed yet though, Im just regurgitating facts

      Counting works , not really the most effective but it works for me from time to time.

      counting doesn't work for me. What works is imagining myself going from room to room in my house (up and down stairs)and outside in the yard. after awhile things will change, other people will be there and eventually I'm in a dream.
      It is sometimes an appropriate response to reality to go insane.

      hope it works for you. i find the technique effective because it takes so little effort to visualize your surrounding clearly.

      same here, what I do is relax for a couple of minutes, and then imagine movement, of course without actually getting up.
