WILD Help - Getting through Hallucinations...

Usually its quiet easy for me to start to see hallucinations when I'm lying in bed trying for a WILD. My big issue is that when I see them, they appear so adversely bizarre and twisted that I cannot hold myself to remain calm. This results in a general failure because I end up dropping out due to the scary images I'm seeing.

Now what I want to know is how you guys deal with these hallucinations. I know if you get past them, you'll eventually end up in a dream, I have done this a few times... however those times did not include really bizarre images to this extent. But are there any little strategies you use to remain calm and under control under this?

Oh, and do you guys get really reallllly strange images? Thanks !

i start thinking too fast "where am i ?" "what the f ??", get too excited and wake up

i guess we have just to calm our own minds... make it something trivial...

Yeh, I just need to face it and relax, just hard to keep calm when the weirdest things ever are in front of you xD

I think a big problem of mine is that I'm expecting really weird images to appear subconsciously, mite not be thinking positive enough.

Instead of letting the images you see be random why don't you control them ?
Just visualize what you want to happend.
For example: Visualize yourself ehm what ever you want I just imagine that my body dissapears and that it's invisible and when I feel the conscious shift I am dreaming without a body, well that's my problem xD actually I have never succed this, but that's what Stephen LaBege suggested in ETWOLD. When you are in sp and get the hallucinations it's a sign that you are starting to dream. Just visualize something until you dream
